Brad Dalton - Project Director

Brad Dalton, Project Director, brings to the team a diverse skill set. Born and raised in NC, Brad first became a certified diver at the age of 16, to carry things a step further he volunteered for the Forsyth County, NC rescue diving team. Later he went on to earn an FAA Airline Transport Pilot rating. He was employed as a test pilot, and check airman and holds over 10,000 hours in both large commercial jets and smaller aircraft. Captain Dalton enjoyed an exciting career in aviation until shortly after the events of 9/11. Following which he returned full time to his other passion: the sea.

Brad often took advantage of his perks by participating in far off adventures around the world, during which he did an extensive amount of long range sailing, fishing, and scuba diving. Always wanting to locate new shipwrecks, Captain Brad built an electronic side scanning sonar from scratch. Eventually Brad escalated his interest in finding wrecks to a full time business with state of the art equipment. Brad is the founder of a marine survey, salvage, and construction company. He has located numerous objects hidden beneath the waves: aircraft, rocket components, automobiles, and numerous vessels dating from the 17th century to present. Captain Dalton has also holds a valid US Coast Guard Master Mariner rating.
